Nicole, a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, is a second-year professional student in the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Arizona with an expected graduation in August 2025. Nicole holds an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, and a Master of Science in Toxicology.
Nicole focuses on emergency medicine and preventative care for large and small animals. This past year, she joined various clubs to give her education a well-rounded experience working with various animals in various medical situations. Upon completion of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program, her goal is to work with Tribal programs and organizations that support Native communities by providing necessary care to livestock and companion animals.
